Elemental iron

When it comes to treating iron deficiency, the amount and type of iron in your medication matters. Many iron-containing supplements available from health food stores and pharmacies lack adequate elemental iron to be an effective treatment for iron deficiency5. Ferro-grad C® contains a recommended therapeutic dose of 325mg ferrous sulfate, equivalent to 105mg elemental iron per tablet.1,5

Vitamin C
